1. What data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily send when you request information or a quote: name, email address, phone number if you provide it, message content, and event details you choose to share.

We may also receive data if you contact us directly by email, phone, or WhatsApp. In those cases we process the information needed to answer the enquiry, prepare a proposal, and maintain the commercial or logistical conversation.

The form may include attribution fields such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, utm_id, landing_page, referrer, first_touch, and last_touch. These fields help us understand where an enquiry came from and may be associated with the message if you submit the form.

At a technical level, the site may process browsing data such as approximate IP address, browser, device, visited pages, language, interactions, and conversion events, always according to the applicable consent settings.

2. How we use the data

We mainly use the data to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate potential performances, follow up on the request, and manage the commercial or contractual relationship if a service is confirmed.

We may also use technical and attribution information to keep the site secure, understand enquiry sources, measure website performance, and improve content, usability, and campaigns.

4. Recipients, processors, and third-party tools

The website form is handled through FormSubmit, which receives form data in order to forward it to the contact email account.

Messages and replies may be handled with email, phone, and messaging providers, including WhatsApp when you write to us through that channel.

When you accept non-essential cookies, the site may use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and PostHog to analyse usage, performance, interactions, and conversions.

When you accept marketing cookies, the site may use Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure campaigns, attribute interactions, record conversions, and build advertising audiences.

We may also share the minimum necessary information with operational collaborators or casteller groups when it is essential to assess availability, safety, logistics, or proposal preparation. We do not share more information than needed for that purpose.

5. International transfers

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, especially in the United States or in other countries where their services operate.

Where international transfers occur, they are carried out under the safeguards available at the relevant time, such as adequacy decisions, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses, or other mechanisms recognised by applicable law.

The main providers that may involve this type of processing are FormSubmit, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and the communication services you use to contact us.

6. Data retention

We keep contact and enquiry data for as long as needed to answer, prepare the quote, and follow up on the commercial or logistical request.

If the enquiry does not move forward, we may keep it for up to 12 months from the last interaction so we can resume the conversation, analyse enquiry sources, and avoid duplicates, unless you ask for erasure earlier and there is no legitimate reason to keep it.

If there is a commercial relationship, we keep the information during that relationship and afterwards for the periods required by tax, accounting, commercial, or liability rules.

Cookie preferences and attribution fields stored in the browser remain on your device until you change them, reopen cookie management, or delete browser data. Third-party tools apply their own retention periods.

7. Cookies, analytics, and marketing

The site shows a consent banner that blocks analytics and marketing storage by default until the user accepts it.

The current banner allows accepting or rejecting non-essential cookies and technologies as a single choice. If you reject them, the site still works and advanced analytics tools and consent-based advertising pixels are not enabled.

Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation. Microsoft Clarity and PostHog are only enabled after analytics consent. Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag are only enabled after marketing consent.

You can withdraw or change your decision by reopening the manager from the “Manage cookies” link in the footer. You can also clear cookies and local storage from your browser settings.

8. Required and optional data

In the form, name, email address, and message are needed so we can answer the enquiry. Phone number is optional, but it may help coordinate a proposal or performance more efficiently.

If you do not provide the necessary data, we may not be able to answer the enquiry or prepare a quote. Accepting non-essential cookies is not required to browse the site or contact us.

9. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and, where applicable, portability of your personal data.

Where processing is based on consent, you may also withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

Marketing tools may help create advertising segments or audiences when you have accepted marketing cookies, but we do not use them to automatically decide whether you can hire a service or to set individual terms with legal effects.
